QueseríasPicos de Europa Blue Veined Artisan Spanish Cheese 

 

It is a blue-veined cheese, manufactured throughout the year with cow or goat milk or a mixture of both. Long, reaching the point between curds and curing maturation. Has a rough and irregular rind, dark gray with small red and blue spots. The cheese has a soft texture and pale, full of small cavities where a greenish blue and white mold is concentrated yellow.

Its flavor is strong, slightly spicy, oily and buttery on the palate, very aromatic. It is recommended to use spreads and perfect for preparing any variant of blue cheese sauce.
